Warehouse body: The warehouse body is produced, manufactured, installed and inspected according to the standards of "Indoor Assembled Cold Storage" (ZBX99003-86) and "Insulation Sandwich Panel for Combined Cold Storage" JB/T6527-2006. The library board adopts double-sided stainless steel self-extinguishing flame-retardant polyurethane sandwich insulation board, and the panel adopts SUS316 stainless steel board. The thickness is 150 mm. The inspection door is equipped with a double-stranded double door sash, low-temperature, aging, and oil-resistant sealing double rubber strips; The insulation material in the board adopts self-extinguishing flame-retardant rigid polyurethane which meets the following indicators: 1. The bulk density requirement is ≥42kg/m3 (the average bulk density of the non-whole board is the bulk density of random cuts); the thermal conductivity ≤0.024w/m.k; 2. Compressive strength requirements: 150~200kpa for wall and roof, and ≥300kpa for ground; 3. The bonding between the stainless steel plate and the polyurethane is firm, the bonding force between the two should be greater than 98.1N/cm2, and the integral foaming type is adopted. The library board adopts the eccentric hook connection method, the joints are joined with four glues, and the craft openings and corner joints are foamed tank seams. The library body adopts ultra-thick polyurethane insulation board; ultra-thick 304 stainless steel anti-collision outer board; Mechanical transmission: 1. The conveyor belt chain net is made of food-grade bright SUS304 spring stainless steel, the net surface is flat, the chain pieces and the shaft are connected and run flexibly, and the large roller conveyor chain net rolls for transmission; 2. The friction part of the mesh belt and the guide rail slide is made of ultra-high polymer wear-resistant polyethylene material, which does not drop chips and ensures the safety of frozen products; 3. The feed port platform is equipped with a material ultra-high and over-limit device, an adjustable stainless steel wind shield and heat preservation device; the discharge port platform is equipped with automatic blanking. 4. The transmission drive adopts a frequency conversion reducer, and the mesh belt runs frequency conversion speed regulation, and the quick freezing time can be adjusted arbitrarily. Evaporator and defrost: 1. The evaporator is designed and selected according to the liquid supply evaporation temperature -42℃. 2. The evaporator adopts high-efficiency variable-pitch aluminum fin aluminum tube treated with surface oxidation and rust prevention to ensure uniform frosting and unobstructed airflow. The bracket air plate shell is made of stainless steel. 3. Equipped with a high-efficiency, energy-saving and low-noise vortex fan, the air duct is stainless steel, the fan blade is rust-proof aluminum alloy, and the motor is a fully enclosed low-temperature, moisture-proof and waterproof motor, which runs smoothly. Electronic control part: 1. Electric control system: The electric control cabinet is made of stainless steel SUS304; the electrical components have passed the national quality certification. The protection level of all motors and external electrical components of the power distribution cabinet is not less than IP55, and the motor adopts Y2 waterproof and moisture-proof motors. The stainless steel electric control cabinet has a beautiful and firm appearance and structure, and the door opening angle is greater than or equal to 90°. The components are arranged neatly and installed firmly. Insulation resistance ≥2MΩ, three-phase five-wire withstand voltage AC380V/50Hz.
